Wildwoods is a very relaxed company with the opportunity to plant a lot of trees and get paid well.  Our investment in equipment, people, and know how is unmatched in the industry. Our focus is positive productive planters.  High Level is a difficult area for most planters far from home.  It is so important to be honest with yourself and Wildwoods to ensure that we are the right fit for you. We work 4 days on and 1 day off, for 3 months straight totaling 65-70 work days. Breakfast is available from 7-8 am, and we leave for work at 8.  We move camp 6 times a season to keep close to our planting areas.

We do our very best to keep within  a 30 minutes drive to staging and then either a short helicopter ride to work or up to a 45 minute marshmaster ride. High Level it is so far north that it allows us huge amounts of sunlight to work with in.  We generally get planters to work as quickly as possible and work 8-9 hours quitting at 6pm.  Dinner is ready at around 7pm and then we call it another long profitable day.  We party hard on nights off, but planters generally go to bed early on work days.

Our crews are a mature in comparison to most with the average experience 5 years and average age 24-28.  Wildwoods is a perfect company for the experienced high production hard core planters to further their careers.  No matter who the planter or how experienced planters are they generally PB in their first shift.  Our company caters to the productivity and best interest of our main asset, the planters.
